TESTIMONIALS

CentreStage are a fantastic theatre school. There’s a wonderful talented team headed up by Jacqueline and Peter Addis. A warm friendly place where children can learn new and develop existing talents. The coaching is superb and there’s not a dry eye in the house when we watch our children put on fabulous productions. The school is also great for those parents who like to get involved backstage. The best decision I ever made was to enrol my daughter. She’s been attending for several years and adores the team and has made lifelong friends who’ve shared so much together and supported each other during rehearsals and performances. All abilities are welcomed too as it’s such an enriching experience for all children. Massive thumbs up for CentreStage!

I attended CentreStage for 13 years of my life and am proud to say it has shaped me into the adult I am today. If you are thinking of sending your child here, the nurture and care they will gain surpasses any other performing arts school. As well as lifelong friendship, I have grown up with a love for performing, which will stick with me forever thanks to Peter and Jacqueline.

My daughter loved her time at CentreStage! She was so well supported and encouraged in her love of singing and musical theatre. I am so pleased that she had the opportunity to experience such a professional and caring environment with such talented teachers. I would recommend Peter and Jacqueline and their school to anyone wanting to give their children a chance to grow in confidence, develop their talent and be nurtured to reach their potential.

If you are looking for a performing arts school that is professional but has a family feel then you have found it. They have a great selection of dance classes as well as musical theatre and the shows they put on every year are brilliant. The whole family love to come and watch.

CentreStage has been the most incredible part of my life. I have grown up there and got to watch others grow up alongside me.

CentreStage is like one big family, and I will never get over the amazing support I received over the years.

My highlights of being at CentreStage have been meeting some of my closest friends over the years and finding a passion for musical theatre, singing and dance.

CentreStage has taught me a level of confidence and support I would never have held elsewhere.

I went to CentreStage for 9 years and it was the best choice my parents and I made, as someone with a physical disability it was always a worry I would feel excluded, but the moment I walked through the door at CentreStage every worry went away and they became like a family. I couldn’t recommend it more. I learned so much about acting, singing and dancing. With the shows they put on every year being absolutely the highlight for me, building my confidence so much. As well as making so many amazing friends.

My daughter started at CentreStage after being in a Pantomime and wanting more opportunities to be on the stage. We looked around at options and CentreStage stood out as a Performing Arts school that do 1 or 2 shows a year, with a very experienced teaching team but also as being friendly and welcoming. After 1 trial lesson, she was hooked. Three spring productions and two summer shows later, and she (and I!) are fully fledged members of the CentreStage family! She loves her Saturday afternoons, misses it in the holidays and has had lots of opportunities to dance, act, sing and perform. The productions are always excellent and there are some very talented children but at the same time, everyone is welcomed and given an opportunity to shine. I would highly recommend. It has been brilliant for my daughter.
